As Engineers there will be times when you will be asked to lead, manage, or work on a project team. This course will prepare you for all scenarios. In this fully self-paced course, you will be exposed to different stories, scenarios, and practical tools that will help build your foundation for effective project management.

This course will equip you with the ability to:

• Plan, design, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish,
• Earn organizational buy-in through informal authority
• Learn simple, socially effective communication tactics for creating and managing project teams.

By learning how to manage projects you will have the opportunity to positively impact your organization as well as shepherd tasks from concept to completion. At the end of this course, you will have built a foundational understanding of project management, arming yourself with the interpersonal and organizational skills necessary to absorb more responsibilities within your organization.
