Instructor Shane Wentz, PhD
Rounding out the series of project management courses in the USF Office of Corporate Training and Professional Education, this course builds upon the two previous courses (Foundations of Modern Project Management and Leading Projects through Execution) to give you valuable skills related to the exciting world of “agile project management”. In this course you will examine the seven steps of the agile process, how the agile process encourages accountability, teamwork and organization from team members and how to be a project manager in an agile environment.
The class will consist of live-online lectures in addition to applying practical applications learned throughout the course in the form of elements of a project.
