Instructor Shane Wentz, PhD
This class builds upon the foundation of project management covered in course 1 (Foundations of Modern Project Management) to give you valuable skills required in today’s ever-changing corporate project management environment. Through interactive discussions of the topics of: stakeholder management, leading teams, finance and financial planning and basic process improvement tools and techniques, you will come away with skills needed to execute against all the planning that has gone into the project plan.
The class will consist of live online lectures in addition to applying practical applications learned throughout the course in the form of elements of a project.
