This course focuses on the different challenges and approaches business analysts must employ in documenting business requirements effectively and efficiently. You will discover concepts, tools and ways to rapidly understand existing business processes and technologies. In addition, you will learn skills in understanding the root causes of business problems in order to facilitate design efforts in delivering a quality product to the customer.
This course is for all individuals who have the responsibility for collecting and documenting business processes as well as recommending opportunities for change.
It is preferable to first complete the "Effective Project Management" course or have a basic knowledge of the PMBOK Guide.
Students are required to bring the PMBOK Guide to class.
